Blue Flame has been my supplier for more than a dozen years. Never a problem with deliveries, very courteous and friendly office staff. Have also had service done and again all great. Had one emergency on a Friday mid-winter, and came out in a couple hours after asking. All positive.

Blue Flame has done an amazing job on the installations of all 4 of our fireplaces. Their installation team shows great attention to detail and are very informative throughout the installation process, while being sure to answer all of our questions along the way. The office staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. When we stopped in the showroom to look at the heating stoves, they took the time to discuss each unit with us so we could decide which one would suit us best based on our needs. We are looking forward to using our newest fireplace addition this winter to stay cozy warm! We highly recommend Blue Flame for propane deliveries and fireplace installations and services.
